Binge Eating Recovery Coaching That Actually Works
You don’t have to do this alone.
Let’s start with one conversation that puts relief within reach.

Hi, I’m Elka — a therapist and coach who helps people heal their relationship with food and feel more at home in their bodies.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in what actually works — not just theory, and definitely not willpower.
You’re not hungry… but you eat anyway. Not because you’re weak — but because in that moment, it feels like food might help. And for a moment, it does.
See, binge eating isn’t a personal failure. It’s often a protective strategy — your mind and body’s way of coping with stress, overwhelm, or emotional weight that feels too heavy to carry.
For many, it shows up alongside body image struggles, restrictive yo-yo dieting, or that constant mental noise about what you should or shouldn’t eat.
But here’s the good news: You don’t need to unpack your whole life story to start feeling better.
Instead, we’ll focus on what’s happening now — on the moments when food feels like the only option — and build practical, compassionate tools to help you respond differently.
Many of my clients say they feel more hopeful and less alone after just one conversation.
I’m a licensed therapist and coach, specializing in binge eating recovery coaching, body image, trauma, and nervous system regulation — all of which shape how I hold space: with care, clarity, and a deep respect for your story.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. Whether this is your first step or your tenth, I’d love to meet you and see if we’re a fit.

What to expect from your free call:
Think of this as a reset—a chance to step back, notice what’s been keeping you stuck, and start imagining what real change could look like with the right kind of support.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose a time that feels calm and convenient
- Share what’s been showing up around food, body, or binge eating
- I’ll reflect back what I hear and share whether coaching could be a good fit
If it feels aligned, we can talk about what working together might look like. If not? You still walk away with insight and support.

FAQ
What is binge eating recovery coaching?
Binge eating recovery coaching is a supportive, skill-based approach that helps you stop the binge-restrict cycle, manage emotions in healthier ways, and rebuild a peaceful relationship with food—without relying on diets or willpower.
Is this therapy?
No — I’m a licensed therapist, but coaching is a separate service. It’s more present-focused, action-oriented, and doesn’t involve diagnosis or treatment. It’s not meant to replace therapy but can complement it beautifully as part of your recovery process.
What happens on the call?
We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you and what kind of support you’re looking for. I’ll reflect back what I hear, and if coaching seems like a fit, I’ll explain what working together might look like. Zero pressure.
How much does it cost to work with you?
The standard rate is $150 per individual session. For clients seeking more consistent support, a 4-session package is available at $500, which reduces the per-session rate to $125.
Do you offer sliding scale or flexible pricing?
Yes. I recognize that financial circumstances vary, and I strive to make support as accessible as possible. Flexible or need-based pricing options may be available. If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to bring this up during our initial call—we’ll explore options that are both respectful and sustainable.
What’s included in the 4-session package?
The 4-session package includes four personalized one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to your needs. You’ll also have space for reflection between sessions and the flexibility to schedule at a pace that supports your goals—whether that’s weekly or more spread out.
What if I’ve tried everything?
That’s actually very common — and understandable. What makes this work different is that we focus on both strategy and compassion. You’ll learn simple, actionable ways to approach binge eating that don’t rely on willpower or resolving deep emotional issues.
Who isn’t this a fit for?
This work may not be appropriate for individuals who:
- Require a higher level of care, such as inpatient or medically supervised treatment for an eating disorder
- Are experiencing a mental health crisis and need intensive or emergency support
- Are seeking prescriptive advice around dieting, meal planning, or weight loss
If that’s where you are right now, I encourage you to seek specialized clinical support that is better suited to your needs.
Is it private/confidential?
Absolutely. Everything we talk about is held in confidence and care — just like in my therapy practice.
